Day 7 15 Dec' o9 Basically we did nothing on Day 7 because the last 2 days were actually free and easy days, meaning we're able to go wherever we want for shopping or whatsoever. I remember it was raining all day long on that day and we're seriously pissed with the taxi driver. Anyway thank god we didn't take cab to somewhere else. So we went back to our hotel and I ate my cup noodles which I've bought previously. Hehe. Tasted nice. Then we heard from auntie huiling there's MacDonalds' within our hotel vicinity there, we don't even have to cross the road. How great, so we had our lunch settled buying Macs'. And there's chocolate pies for sales in MacDonalds! Not bad, quite nice and cheap, 2 for RMB 7 bucks. Then later at night, we went to this Zhen Kungfu eatery to settle our dinner. Again, cheap and delicious? :D  This was mine :P
I'd prefer this dish though. It looks more tempting to me. Heh heh. Well, as you know, there's not much activity on day 7, so I don't have that much pictures to upload either. Howeverrr, here's two pictures just for laughs! :D
We kept laughing at their washroom 'logo'. Does it even look like squatting? The posture reminds us of skateboarding more? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.
lol, xinfen was imitating the posture almost perfectly! XD Day 8 16 Dec' o9 Final finalllyyyyyyy, the last day we'd be spending in Shanghai. We came to this place for shopping. We bought some snacks and souvenirs there. Actually I've always wanted to visit this kind of place. Taking a stroll, buying some snacks whenever we want to, it just feels carefree. Oh yah, the xiaolongbao here tasted delicious too.       We chanced upon this mini stall and happened to know that this person is quite an expert in this. Okay, each of us bought ourselves this little thingy.    This expert was writing my name and wishing me 学业有成. Can you believe this? He's writing on a grain of rice you know? =DActually I've video taped down the process but I thought it'd hang so better not upload. Taadaa~! Done :)    Oh, the kids look adorable. :D

Oh yah, we went to watch this ERA performance. SUPERB! Last but not least, not forgetting to take a picture with our tour guide before we check in. :) This marks the end of our China trip. Next stop: KOREA! ;D |
