Continued...

Hello! I'm back to blog about my trip again. Hahaha. :DAnyway, I want to add in something, random though. Australia has got lots of houseflies! They follow you wherever you go! They even followed us to our bus lah. Our teachers were smart enough to bring swatters there and swat the flies. Mr Lau was damn funny when he's swatting the flies in the bus. Hmm, if only you were there to see XD

One more thing! As I've mentioned previously that the weather there was super cold. Yeah, and Shareen said the Sun was fake one. That's kinda true. lol...
Okay okay, end of my crappings.

So here goes..

Day 3, 17th Nov 08, Monday

It's Venus' birthday! :D Hence, Regina and I decided to give her a surprise in the morning. So we woke up earlier than the usual days and prepared her so-called 'birthday cake'. Hahaha. Hannah and Miss Tan also contributed some 'delicacies' on the cake for decoration.
&This is how her cake looks like...

Taadaa~!~

There were no candles so we decided to replace the candle with a bar of chocolate. LOL

Uh-huh! Throughout the trip, I guess there were two activities which I've enjoyed thoroughly, the best and the most memorable <3
#1 - Jumping Pillow! XD
#2 - Zoo

Hah. I'll just fill in more details about the jumping pillow first. Heh. It's located near our cabins and it's a special kind of pillow which will be inflated from 8.30am in the morning to 8.30pm at night. It'll slowly deflate once it's around 8.30pm. Haha.

There's once where Venus, Regina, Shareen, Wanjun and I kept jumping and hopping on the bouncy pillow, and we stayed there until we saw with our own eyes that it gets deflated. It's extremely funnnnn. Right guys? I'm sure we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest there yea ;)

Okay, look what Regina was doing! She was floating?! xD This picture is the bestest of the best. Regina power! HAHA.

WHOOOOOTS. I was hanging in the air. HAHA!

Look at my hair. LOL!

Uh.. These two adorable kids, we'll miss them. :) We met them at the jumping pillow and they looked so cute. Sad to say, we haven't asked them for their names yet and we never met again since that day. We only called them brother and sister. LOL.

&I decided to take a picture with them. Hee ^^

<3

Next, we came to this place called... McLelland Gallery and Sculpture Park? Well, I merely remembered we came here to look at sculptures but the museum was closed on that day. Hence, the teachers to look at the various sculptures at the park and do some sketchings. Hawhaw, and the pond... there were ducklings! Kawaii nehz :D

Look at this one! It even came out of the pond.

Oh and guess what! Wanjun and I fed them horlicks biscuits and they actually ate them. HAHA. Regina was even better, fed them mint sweets but they puked it out. Perhaps it was too hot for them. LOL. Do you know that ducks actually do water ballet just like humans do? There were a few ducks which we've seen there doing water ballet. They bent their heads down into the water and showed us their tiny little legs. HAHAHA. Wanjun captured it down but I didn't. Okay maybe I'll ask her to send me the picture and I'll post it up here. Keke...

Our teachers said we're not allowed to sit on this sculpture :P

Randomness...
P/S: Shareen, still remember this park we've been to eh? FLING! I know, you still keep that picture with you. HAHAHHAHAHAH.

After the sketching, our teachers brought us to this kinda isolated place but sculptures are ubiquitous. This monkey... I dunno what is it about but I heard people saying this when they saw the monkey.. 'See no evil, hear no evil...'

Ah! We entered this place which was ultra dark inside and we looked up the ceiling there. VERY SHINY, SUPER NICE, EXTREMELY COOL! This is how it looks like!

Somewhat resembles meteors; shooting stars? I accidentally moved my camera and led to this effect. lol...

These white colour sculptures are kinda unique. There are holes inside each one and the echo would be very loud when you shout.
I didn't climb up though.

Lunch time! We went to some food court and I bought Singapore fried noodles + honey chickens simply because I missed Singapore!

This is Wanjun's.

Shareen's.

Regina's wanton mee?

HUNGRY.

Okay, after lunch, we went to this place called
.
.
.

And I saw this tree. WJ said it reminds her of broccoli. lol.

Once again the sky is so blue.

Okok, sorry for being long-winded...

Here's the famous artist!

Can't believe we actually get to see him personally and he's elaborating about his artwork to us. From all of the exhibitions, I think I admire his work the most. You know, he used 6 years to finish up one entire huge piece of his work. Admire his patience.

I'm not sure if I could upload his artwork here. But I think I better not. Well but let me tell you this, HE'S GOOD.

Nothing better to do again. My clone :)

Right after this, we went to the Gordon Glass Blowers to look at how they BLOW glass. *ahem*

Oh yes! I nearly forgot to mention this. Something silly though. HAHA.

See! Hannah and I actually wore the same bossini jeansss! Unexpected! One day in the cabin, we realised we're wearing the same jeans. Since then, we'd been asking each other if any of us is wearing the jeans tomorrow so that we could wear together. lol.. ;DD

After this, we went to Chapmans Point. Look at the background of the picture and you'll know where's that place.

Scenery's breathtaking eh?!

Ah.. I wasn't prepared to take a shot then. AHAH.

Ha! My expression was like this because I was laughing then! I looked funny. lol

Yay. I love the background :)

Okay, so that's end of Day 3 :)

------------------

Day 4, 18th Nov 08, Tuesday

Heeeeee! We went to Royal Melbourne Zoo! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D Long long ago, it's actually one of my wishes to visit the zoo in Australia to look at the Kangaroos, Koala bears and various other animals. Now, my dream has come true! ^^

Initially I showed my mum this picture and she nearly scare the hell out of her because she thought it's genuine. lol.

This bird.. I dunno what's its name. We saw a lot of this species in the zoo.

Do you know how much I love Kangarooooos now. When I was still a little kid my uncle bought me a Kangaroo soft toy for me. Hmm, but in the past I was still neutral about Kangaroos though I thought yeah, it's really cute when there's a baby kangaroo in its mother's pouch. &That's how my soft toy looks like. But I've given it to my younger cousins already.

Well, ever since we made a trip to the zoo, I realised I've developed a strong penchant for Kangaroos! They are so adorable can? But it's kind of weird because I don't see them hopping around like what I've seen on the television previously. Hmm.. perhaps they're still quite young or simply they're too lazy to hop for us to see. Nevertheless, I adore them! <3

Seeeee! I fed him food! My first best experience of feeding animals :D

They're so obedient. We sayang them non-stop lah :D

Kawaii nehzzz! ^^

Look at this! He even shook hands with Shareen! Or perhaps he's just holding her hands. Keke...

He's looking at my camera so I quickly took a shot of him. Haha!

Heeee. Never dreamt that one day I'll have a chance to take a picture with Kangaroos. Miss Tan said the Kangaroo looks like it's going to kiss me? lol...

yay <3>
Look at this cutie pie here. She looks like a little princess :)
Randomly took a picture of this chubby little kid while I was walking behind her. Haha.
A Dingo!
Next, we went for a bird show. Hmm, basically there's nothing much to talk about this. So I'll just post the pictures here for you to see :)
Flying with freedom

Flapping wings

Is it an eagle?
Wah! So fleshy! (Sounds wrong. lol.)
That's actually a bird digging a hole.. erm, to bury eggs? :/
Porcupine? Is it correct? Whatever. Anyway, it looks cute don't you agree? :D

Koala!!!!! <3 href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_8b9d1vYeZnA/SS0AjNy-cKI/AAAAAAAAAxU/u8Ke10J01f0/s1600-h/P1000932.JPG">

But this koala looks kinda sympathetic. He looks lonely :(

After zoo, we went for Puffing Billy! Initially I thought puffing billy was some kind of shops selling bread cause I read the word puffing. Haha, never did I expect that it's actually a train ride! COOL! First time went for a train spin makes me felt so excited. Haha :D

This picture somehow reminds me of the 'welcome 2 taiwan' commercial, when Jolin was sitting in a train. LOL.

Took these pictures during the train ride.

Getting random out of the blue again.. lol.

Mrs Kong was sitting like this during the train ride. Many people sit like this too. But I thought it's quite dangerous though. hah.

Nice train.
That's my seat in the train.
Thanks Shareen for helping us to take a shot! ;D

Finally it's time to go 'home'. We had honeydews on that night!
Regina and Hannah were preparing the orange honeydews. :D

Miss Tan was preparing the green ones.

They tasted sweet.

We had milo too! All the utensils provided there were so high-class. Regina and I even used the high-class glass which is used for drinking wine to drink milo. haha.
I bought this biscuits there but I left behind cause I don't intend to bring back here. Left 5 pieces, lao4 hong1 one. -_-

Till here for Day 4.

More to come! :)
