During yesterday's art lesson, a few of my friends and I have been called out by Miss Tan. She told us that out of 10 students, we have been chosen to go for the Australia Melbourne trip. :D
Never did I expect I'm one of the lucky 10. Ha. Anyway, Miss Tan said during this period of time, she'll still observe our behaviour, conduct and our art result first. Hmm, still, I am elated :)
The trip costs about $2200 per person. And we singaporeans are really lucky because we only have to pay for about $500 or $600 for the trip. The trip will be from 14-22 Nov, 8-day trip. :D

Hmm, also heard from Shareen that the teachers will also pick 20(?) mother tongue students to go for Nanjing trip, also from 14-22 Nov. And initially I heard from Mrs Lee that students who are taking Geography would be going to Taiwan at the end of this year. But I guess now it's been changed to Malaysia. This is crazy. Since young I've always been so dying to fly overseas. Now that I've the chance to go, but the Nanjing and Melbourne trips clash together. Grr >:(
Haiya, actually the Nanjing trip also must pick 10 or 20 students. Still not sure if I'm one of them. And perhaps this is only for the Mother Tongue and not the higher mother tongue students?? Cause I never heard from my chinese teacher about this Nanjing trip before. But I also want go Nanjing :(

Yesterday our choir went to Chinatown for performance. We performed for the old folks to watch. However, we encountered some obstacles during the performance. Hmm, halfway through the performance, something exploded very loudly. I heard from someone that an old folk has accidentally stepped onto the cable or whatever and the entire thing exploded. Hence there was no more music going on and we, definitely and of course, sang all the wayyyyy until the song ended. I guess this is what every performer will do yeah?

Hmmmmm...... before it's our turn to perform, each of us was given 3 2-dollar vouchers and we used these vouchers to go to the night market there to buy food and eat. I ate Otah. :X
The soya bean drinks sold there taste really great! <3

Sigh... No idea what happened to my eyes recently, especially my right eye, twitches every now and then. And it's been twitching since the past few days already. I wish that was not a bad sign...
