BUSY BUSY BUSY! First week of school reopen has already been an extremely busy week for me.
Oh well, I'm currently preparing for Oeuvre(spelling?) IV, you might not know what is that about.
Anyway, just performances from our school band, choir and dance. I guess this takes place once in 2 years' if I didn't make a mistake? Yup, we're singing around 10 songs or so. 2 of which, we seniors need not perform. XD

Let me summarise a few things/activities/events that took place on the first week of school. :)
Alright, few days ago, I've been told that higher mother tongue students will be taking the O level oral examination starting from end of this month till next month! Hmm, fortunately, I'm taking the oral exam on the last day which is 09/07/08! :D Great, I'm glad it didn't clash with Oeuvre which is held on next friday!

Back to Oeuvre, my fellow choir members and I went to Singapore Conference Hall(SCH for short) for rehearsal today. Hmm, kind of can't get used to it because the previous time we had our Oeuvre concert performance was held in NAFA. And I preferred the previous one. I still remember the first time I joined BPS choir, there wasn't many choir members. Now, although there's been an increase in the enrolment, certain times things won't go well.

Too many people, too much of different views and comments and sometimes this will lead to bickering and arguments all those stuffs. For instance, it happened today. The rehearsal, I should say, wasn't really good because things didn't seem to appear fine. (P/S: And somehow I still have stage fright and may tremble a little at times when I'm on stage, haha) In any case, today's rehearsal was bad. I heard from somebody we might be having a full-dress rehearsal on our own next wednesday. Well, today it's supposed to be our full-dress rehearsal, meaning we have to wear our gowns and heels or whatever... But end up we wore school uniform and didn't even change into our high heels even though we were told to bring it today. -.-

Mrs Lee said we're going to hold candles during our actual performance. And she also said we look stiff and frozen each time when we're on stage performing. Haha! Absolutely true! We sensed it too. LOL~ But no matter what we got to stand like statues and can't even move an inch on stage. This is choir. But some people, in fact, most people seem bored when they see choirs performing. Well, basically it's the performers' fault too if they didn't carry a smile on their faces.

Tomorrow I've to go out with my mum to find black jeans and white blouse for our performance again. And mum says she wants to buy a new pair of silver high heel shoes for me, for the performance again. Hence tomorrow it's totally a shopping spree for me! :D
Oh yeah! Mrs Lee passed to each of us the Oeuvre tickets and she told us to sell them. And and for the very very first time, I sold out all the tickets at one go! Cool man?! :D HAHAHA.
After Oeuvre, I'll be back to prepare for my O level mother tongue again! :(
