HOME SWEET HOME :D

I'm back from Bintan yesterday evening. Returned to Singapore yesterday and it was pouring like crazy so I was totally drenched! Alright, I enjoyed myself only the past two days. The moment we reached Loola resort, our reactions were like OH MY GOD. As you know, everyone has to take some time to adapt to the surroundings and the environment they're staying right? Yah, so on the first day, I really couldn't take it and we were complaining non-stop. I finally realised how small is Singapore now.

Day 1:
I met with Jerlina in the early morning and we went to school together. Then our bus came and all of us left around 8 plus and reached the jetty around 9 plus am. We waited for some time and boarded the ferry. The ferry ride was cool! It's been ages since I last sat in a ferry. The ferry ride was one and a half hour. Initially I thought it'd just take for a short while and we'd reach Indonesia because this country was so near to Singapore. But it's not what I'd expected. Hmm, some of them have seasick and they're like in agony. Some of my classmates felt rather giddy and threw up. Thank God I don't have seasick but I really have to admit that the tides and waves were really strong. Even though I don't have seasick, but halfway through the ride there'd be high tides going on and for a moment I really felt like vomiting too. Hence I walked out to take a look at the sea.

OMG it's damn breezy and cold there. And I went upstairs of the ferry and when I was walking down the stairs, I nearly fell and make a spectacle of myself cause it's too slippery. Luckily Mr Sim was helping me. I'm forever clumsy. Geezeeh :D
Then I was enjoying the cooling wind there and as you know, sea is salty. Plus I didn't know it causes such a great harm to my skin and make me realised that I've sensitive skin. -.- I think I stood outside the ferry for about half an hour and my face got so itchy out of the blue! So I went to the loo and wash-up. I looked at the mirror, guess what! I nearly scare out of my wits. Because my entire pimple-face had so many rashes on it. Yucks I looked so disgusted at that time. I thought I was disfigured -.-
Luckily I brought the pills here. Not for my skin, but I just took them cause I heard from my mum that if anything happens or I'm feeling unwell, I can take those pills and the rashes vanished slowly...

Okay, finally one and a half hour past and we got to take another one and a half hours bus ride to reach Loola. By the way, I never heard of Loola resort before. =X
Is Bintan and Loola the same? =/ Whatever I just follow the way they named the resort. Back to topic, I really have lots to comment about the Indonesia bus lor! WAKAO SEH. The bus looks so yucky and what's more, although there are only 26 people in our class, there were no enough seats for everybody! OMG la seriously. The moment you stepped in the bus I think you can faint lor. And it's so squeezy. No air-con, nevermind. At least there's some wind blowing when the bus driver was driving. I nearly starved to death and regretted when my mum was asking me to bring some snacks there and I said NO NEED. How foolish I can be. Damn it! By the time we arrived there it's already in the evening can! Oh yes, back to the bus ride, you know what happened halfway through.

The Indonesia road was like extremely narrow and somemore you can see mud all over the place. Unfortunately, one of the bus in front of us got stuck in the mud or whatever and totally cannot move on anymore. Of course we're affected too since the muddy road there was so narrow and the bus driver behind could not overtake the bus in front. So we got to get down and carry our heavy bags and walk to the loola resort. Reached the destination in awhile's time. Like finally. And we ate our lunch there. The water taste really weird. Nevertheless I still got to drink it. Thirsty like hell T.T

Oh yes, the bunk we'd be sleeping at night was damn sandy. Everywhere is full of sand and mud. Somemore in the list to bring the stuffs for this camp there, it never states we need to bring along our sleeping bags too. Wth. Teacher says we'd be living in HOTEL, if I didn't hear wrongly, but end up when we looked at the bunks, nearly fainted on the spot. But they gave us mattress to sleep la. Still, very dirty. Next, activities began. The first activity on the first day was boom-netting which is like we have to jump down from the boat and into the net.
Well, I didn't take part in any of the activities although they seemed fun. Because I didn't want to get wet as all the activities involved water. The guys kept on jumping continuously. -.-

During the night, we went to see fireflies! I saw quite a number of them! It's so nice ^^
I've been waiting for this chance to see firefly with my own eyes and in the real life. I never expect the Indonesians would bring us to see. Happy happy :D But again, the place was so dark and floor was so muddy! My foot nearly got stuck inside the mud. One of the guys' slippers got stuck in the mud and couldn't take out. LOL!

Day 2:
Wah! I blogged so much for day 1. LOL~ Okay, woke up at 7am and prepared ourselves for activities again. The activities were flying fox, kayaking and rock-climbing. The flying fox seems fun but a bit scary. Heh. My friends and I kept on observing others playing. Then we walked to the beach and I found plenty of branches there. So I began using a branch to write some words on the sand. Hah. I never been to the beach for eon years. I began to adore this so-called leisure camp then. Because the instructors there never forced us to play and my friends and I used a lot of the activity time to chit-chat! LOL! Drank coffee, milo and tea there :D

The teachers bought durians ah! Never treat students >=( Joking~ Hmm... then!!!!! I climbed up the big big rock at the sea there with my friends. Sun-tanning. Haha! No la. Never sun-tan. Thank God I never suffer any sunburnts for this camp. Wowowow. The scenery was so breath-taking when I was sitting high up on the rock. Took some pictures but sorry, it's our teachers who took for us. I never bring along my digital camera there. My form teacher was funny. HAHA. During the night, I couldn't sleep and constipation! =X I've nothing to comment about the campfire.

Oh yes! I went to the toilet there it's like again OMG. The toilet bowl was so small? And some of them have no flush. Stinks like hell and dirty la. Took a long time to shower also. And we had to wait for our turns. Take turns to shower! Not enough toilets that's why. On the first day, I showered around 12+ am can. No water heater somemore. And their spellings were... For staff, they spelt as ' FOR STUFF ', police spelt as ' POLISI '. LOL! Hmm, I think I slept well at day 1 but not day 2. Somemore I've got headache on that day =( Hence, I went out with my friends for stars gazing and took a walk at the sea there. Wah, the tides were super duper strong at night time! Frightening, kena splashed by the seawater a bit. =X Not many stars in the sky leh. How to gaze then? LOL~

Day 3:
Finally~~~ The day has come. We woke up earlier on this day. After brushing our teeth and packing up, we went to climb up the rocks again. High tides in the morning again. In the morning, we see the sun in the sky plus the entire scenery was really nice! Mesmerising indeed. Okay and I'll never forget the time we spent on the rock - enjoying the breezy wind and sight-seeing the scenery there [: The teachers were asking us how we managed to climb up the rock.

HAHA. They took quite a lot of photos for us. Oh no, I think they'll be putting all these photos during morning assembly in school. O.O Nevermind, HAHAHA. We helped Miss Teo and another teacher, I don't know what's her name, to climb up the rock. Oh yes, I remembered Miss Teo mentioned that she's afraid of rocks. HAHA. End up she managed to climb up (: Then we took photos with the teachers <3 Sorry ah. No photos to upload =( We went shopping on day 3 too! Bought a lot of snacks to eat in the ferry. I don't want to starve in the ferry again =X

Okay I shall end here. hee~
